Since 1993, Clarkson, Gore & Marsella, APLC, has developed a regionally recognized insolvency and corporate/business practice. With our office in Torrance (Los Angeles), we provide our clients with a unique combination of top quality representation and small firm economics and commitment. Although we are a small firm, we are routinely utilized by Fortune 500 corporations and nationally-ranked law firms across the country to direct and coordinate their litigation in federal and state courts throughout California. CG&M is an AV rated firm, and its managing member, Scott C. Clarkson, presently serves as Chair of the Los Angeles County Bar Association’s Bankruptcy Committee.
