Mark J. Sarni is an associate with Smith | Campbell | Clifford | Kearney | Gore and has civil litigation experience in the areas of business, insurance, real property, title insurance and escrow law. He is a graduate of Whittier College School of Law (J.D./1993) and the University of Southern California School of Business (B.S. in Business Administration with emphasis in Real Estate/1987). Mr. Sarni is currently a candidate for an LL.M. degree in Alternative Dispute Resolution at Pepperdine University's Strauss Institute for Dispute Resolution. Mr. Sarni is also a licensed California Real Estate Broker and has completed C.C.I.M. coursework.
Mr. Sarni is licensed to practice in all state and federal courts of California and, in addition to previously operating his own law practice, has worked as Associate General Counsel for a nationwide commercial real estate brokerage firm and as Vice President within the litigation department for an international title insurance company. Mr. Sarni has served as Judge Pro Tempore for the Los Angeles Superior Court and is a member of the California state bar's real property division. Mr. Sarni resides in Redondo Beach, California with his wife and daughter.
