Stephen Biggs is an associate with

Mr. Biggs has represented clients in matters involving complex and general business and corporate litigation, contract disputes and negotiations, intellectual property rights, investment fraud, defamation, employment issues, public and private construction disputes, trust litigation, and government liability.
Mr. Biggs obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in History and English from Brigham Young University, where he received the prestigious Gordon B. Hinckley Presidential Scholarship and graduated summa cum laude in 2005. Mr. Biggs received a Juris Doctorate degree from Seton Hall University School of Law, where he was awarded the Chancellor Scholarship, graduated cum laude in 2008, and was inducted into the Order of the Coif.
Following law school, Mr. Biggs completed judicial clerkships with the Honorable Patricia K. Norris of the Arizona Court of Appeals and the Honorable Mary M. Schroeder of the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
